Add a recipe — tap "+ New Recipe". Use arrows ‹ › to scroll between recipes when you have many.

Fill in recipe info — enter the name, sale price, overhead costs and currency.

Add ingredients — each field is labelled. Select unit (ml, g, pcs) and bottle size from the dropdown.

Read your results — see total cost, profit and margin. Green is profitable, amber acceptable, red means losing money.

Reset a recipe — use "↺ Reset Recipe" inside each recipe to clear only that recipe.

Export — save as JSON (for backup and reimport) or CSV (opens in Excel/Google Sheets).

Import — accepts JSON files exported from this app. CSV import coming soon.

Save your work — click 💾 Save to save recipes and update ingredient suggestions.
Important to know
Requires internet — this is a web app, internet connection is needed. Your data stays private — nothing is sent to any server. Units: ml, g and pcs. Bottle sizes: 250, 500, 700, 750, 1000 ml. Works on iPhone, Android, tablet and desktop.
